On Halloween, Greg and I tried something we'd never done before---flying through the trees hundreds of feet up in the air, sometimes at speeds of up to 40 miles an hour, all on a little cable strung between the trees...ziplining! We visited Navitat Canopy Ventures just outside of Asheville and had an awesome time!

The whole tour was 3 1/2 hours, a lot of it watching others in our group of eight getting hooked or unhooked and going down cable, but even that was fun because we were always way up in the trees, with plenty of cool scenery to look at on this georgeous day.
